This is a senior data analyst role in the United States, fully remote, focused on Microsoft Power Platform solutions for a federal-consulting company. It suits an experienced Power Platform specialist comfortable with Dataverse, Power Automate and Power BI who can support enterprise reporting and automation for federal clients. The employer is a veteran-founded firm supporting federal agency clients.
What you’ll do
- Design and maintain enterprise data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Create and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.
- Develop and support Power Automate cloud flows and workflow automation.
- Develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, reports and dataflows using DAX and Power Query.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Power Query transformations and dataset performance.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook and Dynamics 365.
- Deploy and manage solutions across development, test and production using ALM practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide Level II/III support and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.

- 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise data, reporting, automation or Power Platform solutions.
- Proven experience using Azure Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query and dataflows.
- Experience designing and maintaining Dataverse data models and security roles.
- Proficiency with DAX, Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting dataflow refresh failures and production support incidents.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain federal public trust clearance.
Nice to have
- Experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience integrating with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365 and external APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Azure Data Lake Storage or Data Factory.
- Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance.
- Experience supporting Power Platform in healthcare or federal government environments.
