What you’ll do

- Partner cross-functionally to analyze root causes of process errors and recommend workflow changes
- Build tools and queries to scale the support operation and flag cases likely to escalate
- Work with vendor management to keep playbooks, documentation and training current across suppliers

- Familiarity with Google Cloud products, services and support structures
