What you’ll do
- Conduct vulnerability research and exploit development, particularly on iOS, macOS and XNU
- Build tools and infrastructure that scale the team's research efforts
- Publish research results to engage the wider defensive community
- Work with other security engineers analyzing and responding to externally reported vulnerabilities
- Work with software engineers to proactively identify and fix security flaws
- Help resolve complex security incidents, policy questions and technical security issues
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience with security assessments, security design reviews or threat modeling
- 8 years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols
- 8 years of coding experience in one or more general-purpose languages
- 3 years of experience leading teams technically or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment
Nice to have
- A track record of published security research
- Significant depth of understanding in one or more vulnerability research fields
