About the role
This is a hybrid technical program manager role in Toronto, coordinating the integration of StoneCastle banking capabilities into a client's ecosystem. It suits an experienced program manager with banking or fintech delivery experience who can bridge product, engineering, architecture, operations and compliance teams. The role involves 3 days a week onsite.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of StoneCastle integration initiatives across business and technology workstreams
- Establish program governance, delivery plans, RAID logs and executive reporting
- Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Security and Compliance
- Partner with engineering teams on core banking, API, trust system and payment integrations
- Facilitate technical design reviews and architecture discussions
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure delivery aligns with security, regulatory and operational requirements
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, release schedules and executive dashboards
- Manage dependencies across multiple programs and vendor organizations
What they’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs
- 5+ years managing cash management, financial services, banking, fintech or payments initiatives
- Experience leading enterprise integration, platform modernization or acquisition integration programs
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations, cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred), microservices and core banking platforms
- Understanding of payment processing, money movement and data integration/reconciliation
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum or SAFe certifications
- Prior experience with banking products, deposits, treasury management or payment networks
- Experience with digital assets or financial institution integrations
- M&A integration program experience
- Experience working with modern banking cores
