This is a senior technical program manager role leading complex customer implementation engagements for a data and AI platform vendor's healthcare and life sciences accounts. It suits an experienced program manager with strong technical judgment who doesn't need to write code but can guide architectural trade-offs. The role is field-based across the Central, Northeast, and Southeast United States.
What you’ll do
- Lead delivery of complex customer engagements, providing technical leadership to implementation teams
- Guide technical teams through architectural decisions and trade-offs
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies
- Produce deliverables, status reports and program plans
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk and resources for technical engagements
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer technical delivery issues
- Build trust with technical teams and stakeholders through clear communication

What’s on offer
- Base salary range varies by zone: Zone 1 $156,000-$214,500, Zone 2 $140,400-$193,050, Zone 3 $132,600-$182,400, Zone 4 $124,800-$171,600 USD
- Eligibility for annual performance bonus and equity
