This is a Chief Financial Officer role in Ahmedabad for a senior finance leader who can connect financial control with commercial and operational performance. What you’ll do
- Develop the company's long-term growth strategy and annual operating plans.
- Build MIS, dashboards and performance monitoring across sales, margins, inventory, production, working capital and profitability.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, target setting and performance reviews.
- Analyze profitability by SKU, customer, channel and region.
- Review sales and marketing schemes, discounts, incentives, spending and returns.
- Improve receivables, inventory, cash-flow planning and banking.
- Drive cost reduction and margin improvement across procurement, production, logistics and commercial spending.
- Strengthen SOPs, internal controls, approvals and process discipline.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, monthly closing, statutory compliance and governance.
- Partner with sales, production, procurement and supply-chain teams.
- Build the finance team and develop FP&A and business analytics capabilities.
- Provide management with independent, data-backed recommendations.

- Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, packaged foods, food processing, consumer products or distribution-led manufacturing.
