About the role
TP-Link Systems is hiring an onsite Director of Financial Reporting and FP&A in Irvine, California. This finance leadership role suits a CPA with extensive multinational reporting, consolidation, planning, and business-analysis experience. The director will oversee consolidated reporting and work with senior leaders on budgeting, forecasts, performance risks, and corrective action.
What you’ll do
- Lead global financial consolidation and prepare consolidated statements.
- Review subsidiary reporting, close adjustments, and intercompany eliminations.
- Maintain compliance with US GAAP or IFRS and group accounting policies.
- Coordinate annual budgets, periodic forecasts, audit support, and statutory reporting.
- Analyze margins, spending, profitability, anomalies, and financial risks.
- Track management action plans with business-unit and functional leaders.
- Provide profitability and intercompany analysis to support tax planning and risk assessment.
What they’re looking for
- Have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and hold a CPA.
- Bring at least eight years of progressive accounting, reporting, FP&A, audit, or finance-leadership experience.
- Have led global consolidations and consolidated financial statement preparation for multinational organizations.
- Know US GAAP or IFRS, intercompany accounting, transfer-pricing concepts, and global reporting structures.
- Have budgeting, forecasting, variance-analysis, financial-modeling, and ERP or consolidation-tool experience.
- Be able to influence executives and business leaders with financial analysis.
