Aviso Wealth is hiring an onsite Account Officer in Toronto to support its correspondent-partner custody and trading services. You will work with partners, Operations, and IT on transfer activity, client enquiries, reporting, and service issues.
What you’ll do
- Gather account-activity information for client responses
- Coordinate with Operations and IT to investigate and complete requests
- Check transfer-in documents and pursue outstanding items
- Notify partners about transfer-out requests and coordinate delivery within service targets
- Handle telephone and email enquiries about processing
- Prepare account and activity reporting
- Escalate customer issues when appropriate
