About the role
This is a program manager role at SteelBazaar in Noida, for someone who blends business analytics with cross-functional program execution. The team runs an AI-led digital platform for the steel industry connecting buyers, sellers, manufacturers, warehouses and logistics partners. You would sit between corporate leadership and ground operations, turning dashboards and data into decisions.
What you’ll do
- Analyse performance across sales, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, warehouses and logistics
- Run root-cause analysis and turn findings into business recommendations
- Build and own dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or similar tools covering sales, RFQs, inventory, dispatch and collections
- Coordinate with plant, warehouse and functional heads to get accurate, timely data
- Own strategic initiatives end to end, from problem definition to measurable results
- Use AI tools to automate reporting and build internal decision-support tools
What they’re looking for
- 5-10 years in business analytics, program management, strategy, consulting or product operations
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across corporate and ground teams
- Strong ownership and comfort with ambiguity
Nice to have
- Background in steel, manufacturing, B2B, e-commerce or logistics
- Exposure to ERP, inventory or procurement systems
- Experience with automation, APIs or AI/ML
- MBA or PGDM
