What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end operational strategy and execution for a dedicated workplace program
- Lead cross-functional workstreams across Clinical Operations, Customer Success, Analytics, Product, and Marketing
- Establish program health mechanisms like dashboards, operating cadences, and RAID logs
- Analyze program performance to identify root causes and recommend improvements
- Design scalable processes, workflows, and governance
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior customer and internal stakeholders
- Lead customer readiness and change-management efforts for program launches
- Own executive-ready business reviews and program narratives
- Codify lessons learned into reusable playbooks and frameworks

- 4+ years in program management, operations, implementation, or customer delivery
- Demonstrated ownership of complex customer-facing or operational programs end to end
- Strong analytical and operational judgment
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority
- Experience building scalable operating mechanisms such as cadences, dashboards, and governance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of proactively identifying risks and delivering durable solutions
