About the role
This is a senior project management role on Veriforce's Program Delivery & Governance function, working remotely from Canada. It suits an experienced project manager who can run complex, higher-stakes workstreams independently and manage senior stakeholders across a multi-region product and technology organization. The team delivers program governance, delivery reporting and planning discipline across the US, Canada, UK, South Africa, Belgium and other markets.
What you’ll do
- Manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Own higher-stakes workstreams within larger programs led by Program Managers
- Lead working sessions with senior stakeholders and resolve delivery blockers
- Manage cross-workstream dependencies and risks
- Produce leadership-ready delivery health reporting
- Contribute to the design and improvement of governance practices and templates
- Hold external delivery partners to agreed timelines and priorities
- Drive retrospectives that produce measurable delivery improvements
What they’re looking for
- 6+ years of progressive experience in project delivery or program support
- PMP or equivalent certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PgMP)
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven business
- Track record of managing complex projects independently
- Delivery reporting that leadership trusts without needing validation
- Experience contributing to governance practice or standards design
- Functional familiarity with Salesforce and related business processes
- Based in North America with strong overlap with US business hours
- Available for up to 25% travel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models
- Experience supporting multi-region programs across time zones
- Experience mentoring junior project delivery staff
- Experience coordinating external delivery or consulting partners
