About the role
This is a hands-on Business Analyst role for someone who builds automation and AI solutions for global accounting teams in Gurugram, India. You'll translate finance-process problems into production-ready Python, RPA, integration and LLM-based tools while working with teams across Germany, Sofia and Mexico. The position reports to the lead of Digital Process Automation and covers delivery from discovery through maintenance.
What you’ll do
- Build automation with Python, n8n, UiPath and approved AI technologies.
- Create LLM features using structured outputs, tool calling and agent workflows.
- Develop Python and SQL pipelines for reconciliations, validations and transformations.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems through REST APIs, databases, files and connectors.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype, test and deploy maintainable solutions.
- Add testing, access controls, error handling, logging and audit trails for production readiness.
- Maintain delivered solutions and coordinate with platform, security and technology teams.
- Work directly with accounting stakeholders to define suitable technical approaches.
What they’re looking for
- At least 3 years of hands-on automation, technical business analysis or solution-delivery experience.
- Strong production Python skills and experience building maintainable applications.
- Practical experience with UiPath, n8n or an equivalent workflow or RPA tool.
- Experience creating reliable REST integrations with authentication, data exchange and error handling.
- Hands-on experience building an AI, agent or LLM-based solution.
- Ability to take work independently from problem definition through deployment and maintenance.
- Fluent English and availability for working hours overlapping with Central European time.
Nice to have
- Experience with accounting processes such as GL, AP, AR, reconciliations or invoice processing.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion, Snowflake or Power BI.
- Knowledge of LangChain, Mastra, MCP or comparable agent frameworks.
- AWS or Azure, containers or CI/CD experience.
- An Engineering or Computer Science degree or certifications in AI, data science or RPA.
