About the role
This is a hands-on finance automation and technical business analysis role based in Gurugram. You'll build production automations for global accounting teams using Python, RPA tools, APIs, SQL, and AI services. The role suits someone who can take an accounting problem from discovery through deployment and ongoing ownership.
What you’ll do
- Build automation workflows with Python, n8n, UiPath, and approved AI technologies.
- Develop LLM features using structured outputs, tool calling, and agent workflows.
- Create Python and SQL pipelines for reconciliations, validation, transformation, and controls.
- Connect enterprise systems through REST APIs, databases, files, and connectors.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype, test, and deliver maintainable solutions.
- Implement testing, access controls, error handling, logging, and audit trails.
- Maintain delivered solutions and coordinate with platform, security, and technology teams.
- Translate accounting processes into technical automation approaches.
What they’re looking for
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in automation, technical business analysis, or solution delivery.
- Strong production-ready Python skills and experience building maintainable applications.
- Practical experience with UiPath, n8n, or a comparable workflow or RPA tool.
- Experience building reliable REST integrations with authentication, data exchange, and error handling.
- Hands-on experience building something with an AI tool, agent, or LLM framework.
- Ability to deliver independently from problem definition through deployment.
- Fluent English and comfort working during Central European business hours.
- Ability to work from the Gurugram office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, invoice processing, Oracle Fusion, Snowflake, or Power BI.
- Experience with LangChain, Mastra, MCP, AWS, Azure, containers, or CI/CD.
- An engineering or computer science degree and relevant data science, AI, or RPA certifications.
