About the role
This is a full-time Forward Deployed Engineer role in Bengaluru for an engineer deploying agentic AI systems inside regulated enterprise environments. You will work with client squads, infrastructure, and sensitive data while owning production delivery, security, evaluation, and support. The role is intended for engineers with four to six years of experience who can communicate clearly with clients and use AI development tools with accountability.
What you’ll do
- Build agentic systems on cloud and enterprise AI platforms.
- Design multi-agent flows, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, MCP servers, and human-review steps.
- Define evaluations and success measures before implementing features.
- Integrate systems into environments with strict security and access requirements.
- Own testing, documentation, production support, and code quality.
- Implement CI/CD, infrastructure as code, secrets management, IAM, and observability.
- Create reusable modules, evaluation frameworks, runbooks, and design patterns.
- Represent technical work in client reviews and discussions.
