About the role
This is a remote internship in South East Asia for current university students or recent graduates interested in crypto markets and client operations. You will support VIP account operations at Binance, handling client requests, tracking engagement, and coordinating issue resolution. The Binance Accelerator Program lasts three to six months and provides early-career exposure to the digital-assets industry.
What you’ll do
- Respond to VIP client requests and account or product questions.
- Maintain client records, follow-up actions, and account information.
- Investigate client issues and coordinate with product, compliance, risk, and operations teams.
- Analyze client activity and engagement data for trends and opportunities.
- Learn Binance trading products and share relevant market observations.

- Interest in crypto and financial markets.
- Knowledge of concepts including spot, futures, margin, leverage, liquidity, and maker-taker trading.
- English and Mandarin language ability.
