What you’ll do
- Contribute to architectural decisions and trade-offs across reliability, scalability, security and cost
- Design, build and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms and services
- Strengthen automation, deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code practices
- Work with distributed software, event-driven architectures and event streaming patterns
- Break complex initiatives into smaller workstreams and deliver value incrementally
- Investigate recurring incidents and create durable root-cause fixes
- Mentor less experienced engineers and foster collaboration and transparency
- Implement and improve observability and monitoring frameworks
- Ensure compliance with security and reliability protocols

- Several years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering or site reliability engineering
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure
- Professional experience with Go (Golang) for automation and platform tooling
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing
- Proven background in infrastructure as code and continuous delivery
- Expertise in observability, security and reliability practices
- Ability to make sound architectural decisions and explain trade-offs
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and architectural discussions
