About the role
This is a senior/staff-level product management role at Writer, an enterprise generative AI company, and it's fully remote. It suits an experienced product leader who can operate across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces and drive strategy directly with the VP of Product. The role spans roadmap-setting, stakeholder alignment and hands-on execution for AI-powered enterprise products.
What you’ll do
- Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end across multiple squads and surfaces
- Shape product strategy and roadmap with the VP of Product
- Engage directly with enterprise buyers and end users to uncover unmet needs
- Partner with engineering and design on technical tradeoffs involving LLMs and agents
- Align stakeholders across go-to-market, sales, marketing and executive leadership
- Define and own success metrics for your product areas
- Mentor and coach other product managers
What they’re looking for
- 8+ years of product management experience shipping complex, high-impact products
- Senior or staff-level experience operating autonomously across ambiguous, multi-team problems
- Strong customer research and synthesis skills
- Technical credibility to engage with engineers on system design, LLMs and data architecture
- Strong strategic thinking paired with execution ability
- Exceptional communication across technical and executive audiences
Nice to have
- Experience building products powered by LLMs or large-scale AI/ML systems
- Background in enterprise software or developer platforms
- Familiarity with AI governance and guardrails in regulated environments
