About the role
This is a lead digital product management role at Wells Fargo in Bengaluru, focused on driving AI and GenAI transformation across the Corporate & Investment Banking business. What you’ll do
- Lead development and execution of complex digital business plans and programs across the enterprise
- Drive AI and GenAI initiatives from idea validation through deployment
- Integrate AI solutions into client, vendor, market, and lending workflows
- Define processes, success metrics, and lifecycle standards for AI/ML and agentic workflows
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, risk, and enterprise methodologies
- Lead end-to-end program management for high-visibility innovation initiatives
- Collaborate across Technology, Product, Business Execution, Risk, and Data teams
- Mentor and guide junior staff on the Strategy & Execution and Innovation teams
- Apply practical understanding of LLM workflows, RAG, and prompt engineering

- 5+ years of digital product management experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, including JIRA and Confluence
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in transformation, product management, business analysis, or AI solution delivery
- Deep knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking products, workflows, and asset classes
- Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI solution development and enterprise implementation
- Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol
- Experience with agentic AI, workflow automation, document intelligence, and intelligent routing
- Experience defining target-state blueprints and roadmaps
- Practical understanding of chunking, RAG, hallucination mitigation, and vectorization
