What you’ll do
- Clean floors, hallways, stairs, windows, walls, ceilings, bathrooms, and fixtures.
- Use industrial vacuums, carpet cleaners, polishers, waxers, power tools, and snow-removal equipment.
- Make minor adjustments and repairs to building systems and appliances.
- Contact contractors or tradespeople when larger repairs are needed.
- Perform safety and security checks.
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Complete painting, drywall, landscaping, and grounds-care tasks.
- Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

- Seven months to less than one year of experience.
- WHMIS and First Aid certificates.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle loads over 45 kg (100 lb).

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
