What you’ll do
- Act as advisor to leadership on applications, network, security, database and web technologies for complex needs
- Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges requiring evaluation across multiple areas
- Translate advanced technology experience and business objectives into technical engineering solutions
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing significant business solutions
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and recommend innovations for competitive advantage
- Serve as expert advisor to leadership across the enterprise
What they’re looking for
- 7+ years of engineering experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience or education
Nice to have
- Deep end-to-end GenAI stack expertise: LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LLMOps, observability, production deployment
- Strong expertise in agentic AI platforms and multi-agent architectures including planning, reasoning and tool orchestration
- Demonstrated leadership in AI evaluations, benchmarking and model quality assurance, including red teaming and safety testing
- Expert knowledge of AI guardrails, Responsible AI and GenAI governance frameworks
- Deep understanding of GenAI cybersecurity risks including prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage and OWASP LLM Top 10
