About the role
This is a business execution role at Wells Fargo in Bengaluru, supporting product delivery and operational documentation for a business line. What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation and operational runbooks
- Capture knowledge from subject matter experts to reduce key-person risk
- Support Product Owners with backlog management, sprint coordination and delivery tracking
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
- Coordinate UAT execution, defect tracking and implementation readiness
- Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates for stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and track action items across teams
What they’re looking for
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience maintaining SOPs, runbooks and knowledge management repositories
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state process maps
- Experience supporting Agile delivery, Jira administration and sprint planning
- Experience supporting UAT, defect tracking and release readiness
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Confluence
