About the role

This is a remote independent-contractor role for operations, program management, and project professionals in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, or Canada. You will review business documents and work products, then provide structured feedback based on defined evaluation standards. What you’ll do

  • Review operations, program, project, and business documents.
  • Assess accuracy, quality, relevance, clarity, completeness, and requirements alignment.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, errors, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Compare work products against defined standards and evaluation criteria.
  • Write concise, evidence-based observations and recommendations.
  • Analyze reports, plans, presentations, spreadsheets, and process documentation.

  • At least two years of experience in operations, program management, project management, business operations, or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and written communication skills.
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to assess complex information accurately.
  • The ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • The ability to follow structured guidelines and evaluation frameworks.
  • Eligibility to work from the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, or Canada.
  • Professional written and spoken English.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or large-scale projects.
