About the role
This is a full-time onsite Lead AI Engineer role in Delhi-NCR for a senior engineer who can lead the design and delivery of production AI platforms. You’ll own technical direction across agentic AI, backend architecture, knowledge systems, and scalable machine learning services. The role includes architecture decisions, hands-on development, mentoring, and cross-functional delivery.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design and development of AI products and services.
- Build scalable machine learning and generative AI systems.
- Create agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Add memory, reasoning, and tool-calling capabilities to AI applications.
- Architect APIs, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop knowledge graphs, ontologies, and semantic retrieval systems when needed.
- Drive technical decisions, code quality, monitoring, evaluation, and deployment practices.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Evaluate new AI frameworks and agent architectures.
- Maintain security, performance, and reliability in production.

- At least four years of experience.
- Strong software engineering and backend system design fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems.
- Experience with LangGraph, tool calling, multi-agent systems, or agent memory.
- Knowledge of Python, cloud computing, vector databases, and production AI operations.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
