You'll drive the architecture, development, and scalability of their core technology platform, leading systems that power real-time logistics operations. What you’ll do
- Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, high-performance backend systems.
- Own technical architecture and make key engineering decisions across products and platforms.
- Build and optimize systems handling real-time workflows and high transaction volumes.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices around code quality, reliability, security, and observability.
- Mentor and guide engineers through technical challenges and architectural discussions.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system scalability and reliability.

- 7+ years of experience.
- Experience with system design, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Experience with scalable, high-availability cloud systems (AWS, GCP).
- Experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka.
- Technical leadership and engineering leadership experience.
