About the role
This is a lead AI engineering role for designing and deploying agentic AI systems in Bengaluru. You'll build multi-agent architectures, integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, and apply planning, reasoning, evaluation, and safety practices. The role is intended for an experienced AI engineer with a master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
What you’ll do
- Design and optimize AI agents using LLMs, reinforcement learning, planning, and decision-making frameworks.
- Build scalable multi-agent systems for long-horizon reasoning and task completion.
- Connect AI agents to APIs, backend services, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Prototype, deploy, and maintain reliable AI systems in production.
- Improve agent behavior through feedback, reinforcement learning, and user interaction.
- Evaluate agent performance and implement safety controls.
- Document architectures, workflows, and design decisions.
- Contribute to AI platform tooling and technical knowledge sharing.
What they’re looking for
- A master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python or languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, or Go.
- Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or comparable LLM and ML technologies.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and NLP.
- Knowledge of multi-agent systems and orchestration platforms such as LangGraph or MCP.
- Familiarity with vector databases, semantic retrieval, and real-time data pipelines.
- Experience deploying AI systems on AWS or Google Cloud with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Understanding of model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, privacy, and AI ethics.
- Willingness to work from an office in Bangalore.
Nice to have
- Experience with autonomous agent systems or related AI software engineering.
- Experience with multi-step reasoning, RAG integration, model selection, and agent orchestration.
- Strong software engineering and system architecture fundamentals.
