About the role

This onsite Construction Superintendent role is based in Arlington, Washington, and oversees residential construction projects across the Seattle-to-Arlington corridor. You will lead field activity and project coordination from groundbreaking through closeout for townhomes, custom homes, residential infill, remodels, and selected multifamily work. The role balances jobsite leadership with scheduling, documentation, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.

What you’ll do

  • Direct day-to-day work at assigned construction sites.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
  • Manage inspections, permits, utilities, and city interactions.
  • Maintain quality standards, punch lists, and closeout work.
  • Update schedules, budgets, invoices, daily logs, and project documentation.
  • Provide weekly written updates to clients and leadership.
  • Complete material takeoffs and verify quantities.
  • Request subcontractor bids and help price change orders.
  • Maintain project photos and tracking logs.
  • Join bi-weekly leadership progress reviews.
