What you’ll do

- Drive AI adoption, automation, and technical efficiencies, and build AI capacity within the team
- Design and implement foundational platform architecture aligned with prioritized programs
- Identify and prioritize foundational initiatives such as security and performance optimization
- Provide technical leadership for RESL assets and new Credit platform needs
- Partner with offshore teams to accelerate delivery and maintain quality
- Provide people leadership across platform development, BSA, and QE resources

- 10+ years of technical experience with Java, Angular, Kafka, and Azure
- 3-5 years of AI development and delivery experience (e.g. Azure ChatGPT, Google Vertex, or similar platforms)
- Ability to solution, build teams, and execute quickly on priorities
