About the role
Skit AI is hiring a remote full-time Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build web applications with React and Node.js. This role suits developers with five to eight years of experience who can work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and AWS-hosted services. You'll help deliver scalable applications for an augmented voice-intelligence platform used in contact-center operations.
What you’ll do
- Build, deploy, and maintain frontend and backend applications with React and Node.js.
- Create and consume REST and GraphQL services.
- Design software architecture that supports scale and maintainability.
- Implement and optimize services hosted on AWS.
- Work with product, design, and engineering colleagues to deliver product requirements.
- Debug issues across the application stack and maintain code quality.

- Five to eight years of experience.
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Node.js skills.
- Understanding of frontend state management, component lifecycles, and performance.
- Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or a similar database.
- Problem-solving ability and experience working in an agile environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda and S3.
