What you’ll do
- Build Walt's analytics engine and AI-enabled data platform.
- Design scalable data systems and semantic data layers.
- Develop orchestration for data and AI agents.
- Own production services and improve their reliability and correctness.
What they’re looking for
- At least four years of professional experience in software or data engineering.
- Experience with Python, Airflow, Snowflake or comparable data platforms.
- Ability to design distributed, scalable and auditable systems.
- Background with data pipelines, analytics infrastructure or AI systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with Golang, Rust or Scala.
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation and agentic AI.
- Experience with Databricks and dbt.
- Familiarity with distribution systems.
