About the role
This onsite product-management role is for a technically capable, AI-native product builder in Macquarie Park, New South Wales. You'll run agent workflows that turn customer signals into prioritized work, specifications, delivery support, and release activity for care-management software. The role also owns product judgment, interface quality, adoption, backlog health, and communication with customers and engineering.
What you’ll do
- Design, maintain, and improve agent workflows, prompts, reusable skills, and scheduled product jobs.
- Review AI-generated work against product evidence and decide what should remain human judgment.
- Prototype product ideas and critique interface hierarchy, interaction, spacing, and copy.
- Read APIs, query data, understand the data model, and write implementation-ready specifications.
- Prioritize roadmap options using revenue, churn, customer signals, region, strategic fit, and competition.
- Maintain a clear Linear backlog with user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive refinement, planning, reviews, release communication, and customer adoption.
- Track adoption, engagement, retention, and feature rollout state.

- Strong product judgment and a skeptical approach to AI output.

- Excellent written English and ability to communicate with customers, engineers, and executives.
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Approximately 4–6 years of product-management experience is a guide, with evidence of product outcomes valued over tenure.
