What you’ll do

  • Lead strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of commercial reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Own KPI definitions, semantic alignment and reporting logic across commercial analytics platforms
  • Implement and govern AI-powered conversational analytics grounded in trusted reporting frameworks
  • Define the operating model for commercial reporting, including intake, prioritization and governance
  • Direct hub teams responsible for development, QA, maintenance and operational support
  • Partner with field leadership, brand teams and commercial operations on reporting and insights
  • Lead change management and stakeholder communication around analytics modernization

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial reporting, analytics or business intelligence
  • Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Qliksense, Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with pharmaceutical commercial data, semantic models or KPI governance
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Pharma or biotech industry background, though consulting is also considered
  • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or automation tools
  • Experience working in or with offshore/hub operating models
