What you’ll do

- Partner with tech leads on technical feasibility and delivery sequencing
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Design predictive algorithms grounded in user insights and engagement data
- Lead discovery and solution-shaping efforts with stakeholders
- Monitor product adoption and outcome metrics to inform backlog prioritization
- Manage documentation and sprint planning with development teams

- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience in digital product management or managing a product roadmap in a cross-functional team
- Experience with predictive modeling and AI-driven recommendation platforms, including machine learning tools and next-best-action engines
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as an MBA
- Experience working in a product operating model
- Experience partnering with product teams supporting digital and operational capabilities
- Experience in rare disease or specialty brands
