About the role
This is a full-time Engineer Trainee role in solar engineering based in Kochi’s Vytilla area. You’ll train on solar PV projects while supporting installation, commissioning, service, inspections, testing, and maintenance work at project and customer sites. The role is designed for fresh engineering graduates who are willing to travel and work in field environments.
What you’ll do
- Learn solar PV systems, project execution, installation, commissioning, and service operations.
- Assist engineers with site work, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Support troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective service tasks.
- Work with solar modules, inverters, cables, protection equipment, and monitoring systems.
- Prepare project reports, checklists, and technical records.
- Coordinate with site teams, technicians, vendors, and customers.
- Follow safety standards and project procedures.
- Travel to project and customer locations when required.

- A B.Tech or B.E. qualification in electrical, electrical and electronics, electronics and communication, mechanical, or a related discipline.
