About the role
Quantum Metric is hiring a senior, Italian-speaking solutions engineer to support enterprise sales across EMEA from Spain. The role suits a SaaS pre-sales professional who can connect technical platform capabilities to business outcomes for multinational customers. You’ll partner with account executives to shape technical approaches for complex opportunities, from discovery through close. The work includes customer demonstrations, proofs of concept, solution architecture, and feedback to product and engineering teams.
What you’ll do
- Lead the technical approach for enterprise sales opportunities across EMEA.
- Build tailored demonstrations and business-focused solution narratives.
- Run proofs of concept with defined success measures and value analysis.
- Turn customer requirements into scalable platform architectures.
- Coordinate with account executives, product, and engineering teams.
- Contribute to RFP responses and share customer insights with the product team.

- Fluency in Italian and English.
- At least four years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions-engineering experience in SaaS or software.
- Experience supporting complex sales cycles with large organizations.
- Ability to work with both technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ROI-led solution design.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, organization, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel around EMEA for approximately 25–30% of the time.
