About the role
This is a hybrid Infor ERP Test Analyst role in Bengaluru for someone with 3–8 years of experience in enterprise-system testing. You'll plan and execute testing across ERP modules, integrations, data migration, reporting, and end-to-end business processes.
What you’ll do
- Plan and coordinate ERP test cycles.
- Create scenarios and scripts for modules, interfaces, reports, and business processes.
- Review requirements and solution designs for testability and traceability.
- Test third-party integrations, APIs, batch files, reconciliations, and failure handling.
- Validate data migration through mapping, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and comparison.
- Check master data, transactions, balances, reports, and financial calculations.
- Log defects, capture evidence, assess severity, coordinate triage, and retest fixes.
- Prepare test progress, risk, issue, and defect reports.
- Validate test environments, builds, releases, and deployments.
- Support smoke, system, regression, SIT, E2E, and UAT testing.
What they’re looking for
- Three to eight years of testing experience.
- Mandatory hands-on testing with Infor ERP, Infor CloudSuite, Infor LN, or a related Infor solution.
- Knowledge of Infor modules, business processes, dependencies, and end-to-end flows.
- Experience with SIT, E2E, UAT, system, and regression testing.
- API testing with Postman or an equivalent tool.
- SQL for backend validation.
- Strong Excel skills for reconciliations and data comparison.
- Experience with defect management and test reporting.
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and coordination skills.
Nice to have
- JIRA, Zephyr, Xray, qTest, or Azure DevOps Test Plans.
- Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid ERP delivery experience.
- DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous testing experience.
- Mock migration and cutover validation experience.
