About the role
This is a hybrid Full Stack Engineer role in Bengaluru for developing an AI-powered software quality and testing platform. You'll work across React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, databases and cloud integrations while delivering and supporting production features.
What you’ll do
- Develop and enhance web products across the full technology stack.
- Build REST APIs and server-side services with Node.js and related tools.
- Work with SQL databases and third-party integrations.
- Deliver new features and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, AI and QA teams.
- Work within an existing architecture and codebase.
- Write maintainable, testable code and contribute to reviews and CI/CD.

- 4–7 years of commercial full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js skills.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases and third-party integrations.
- Experience delivering and supporting production applications.
- Knowledge of maintainable code, design patterns and separation of concerns.
- Experience with unit testing, automated testing, Git, pull requests, code reviews and CI/CD.
- Strong debugging, communication and incremental-delivery skills.
- Responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
Nice to have
- Azure Functions or other Azure experience.
- AWS or Google Cloud experience.
- Serverless architecture and queue-based services.
- Application monitoring and production support.
- NoSQL databases.
- AI or machine-learning integrations, LLMs, RAG or agentic AI.
- WebSockets.
- Experience with software quality, testing or automation platforms.
