About the role
Plotly is hiring a Senior or Staff Software Engineer for its Dash Enterprise platform, available fully remote. You will take end-to-end ownership of product components from design through production, building software that runs inside customers' own Kubernetes clusters, on-premises, or in private clouds.
What you’ll do
- Design, architect, and implement features end-to-end from design through production
- Integrate Dash Enterprise with customer infrastructure natively, connecting to their own services
- Build observability — tracing, metrics, and logging — and turn customer telemetry into product improvements
- Construct software that installs, upgrades, and runs reliably in customers' Kubernetes clusters
- Strengthen platform availability and reliability for the most restricted customers
- Mentor teammates and raise engineering practice across the team
