What you’ll do
- Work with business stakeholders to define objectives, requirements and KPIs

- Maintain documentation for metric definitions, data logic and report specs
- Monitor data quality and collaborate with data engineering to resolve anomalies
- Present insights and recommendations to business teams and leadership
- Contribute to BI best practices, standards and governance
- Travel to overseas offices when necessary

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, IT, Business or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a BI analyst or similar analytical role
- Strong SQL skills with relational databases and data warehouses
- Hands-on experience with a BI tool, Power BI preferred
- Understanding of data modeling concepts such as star schema and fact/dimension tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks for non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel
