What you’ll do
- Create, review, and evaluate individualized tenant support plans.
- Provide life-skills, financial-navigation, health, and transition support.
- Respond to emergencies, including overdose response and naloxone administration.
- Mentor staff on case management, complex tenant needs, and critical incidents.
- Help with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and program delivery.
- Coordinate maintenance and pest-control needs with property management.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, ACT teams, police, emergency services, and community agencies.
- Maintain documentation, incident reports, and program records.

- Bring at least three years of recent related experience, including one year of supervision.
- Have experience supporting people affected by homelessness, addiction, mental-health challenges, or barriers to housing.
- Know Housing First, harm reduction, psychosocial rehabilitation, and the Residential Tenancy Act.
- Hold First Aid and naloxone-administration training.
- Be able to share on-call duties.
- Have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and at least $2 million business-class liability insurance.
- Complete a criminal-record check before starting.
