This is a clinical data management team lead role at Thermo Fisher Scientific, based on-site in Bengaluru, India. What you’ll do
- Act as lead data manager for one or more projects, or support the lead data manager
- Serve as liaison between departments and clients for data management activities
- Apply project protocol components to daily tasks and guide others in doing so
- Develop and maintain data management project documentation files
- Perform independent reviews of data management deliverables against CDM guidelines
- Develop and deliver study-specific training for project staff
- Produce project status reports for management, project leads, and clients
- Monitor study metrics and assist with project forecasting and resourcing
- Mentor junior-level staff on study-related tasks
What they’re looking for
- 4-8 years of experience in clinical data management
- Experience with EDC systems, Medidata Rave or Veeva EDC preferred
- Experience with data cleaning and query management
- Experience with SAE reconciliation
- Currently leading 2-3 studies
- Available on immediate to 30-day notice period
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc, BSc, life sciences or relevant degree
Nice to have
- Medidata Rave or Veeva EDC experience
