What you’ll do
- Respond to clients through phone, email and web forms.
- Reach out to prospective clients by phone.
- Understand prospect needs and explain relevant services.
- Build and maintain prospect relationships.
- Schedule therapy sessions between clients and therapists.
- Keep intake records and client documentation accurate.
- Track interactions, lead status and follow-ups.
- Monitor follow-ups, session status and engagement metrics.
- Help maintain a calm and welcoming center environment.
