About the role
This is a senior generative AI solutions architect role at NVIDIA, based onsite in Gurugram. It suits an experienced technical architect who specializes in training and deploying large language models and building agentic and RAG-based workflows. The role works directly with customers and NVIDIA's engineering teams to design and deliver end-to-end generative AI solutions.
What you’ll do
- Architect end-to-end generative AI solutions focused on LLMs, agentic and RAG workflows
- Work with customers to design tailored solutions for language-related challenges
- Support pre-sales activities including technical presentations and demos
- Work with NVIDIA engineering teams to shape generative AI product evolution
- Lead workshops and design sessions to define generative AI solutions
- Lead training and optimization of large language models on NVIDIA platforms
- Design and implement RAG-based workflows for content generation and retrieval
- Provide technical leadership on best practices for LLM training and RAG solutions
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in generative AI, with a strong emphasis on training LLMs
- Track record deploying and optimizing LLMs for inference in production
- In-depth understanding of state-of-the-art language models such as GPT-3 or BERT
- Expertise fine-tuning LLMs with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Hugging Face Transformers
- Proficiency in model deployment and optimization on GPU hardware
- Strong knowledge of GPU cluster architecture and parallel processing
- Experience leading workshops and presenting technical solutions to varied audiences
Nice to have
- Experience optimizing LLMs for inference speed, memory efficiency and resource use
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable model deployment
- Deep understanding of GPU cluster and distributed computing architecture
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPU technologies and cluster management
