About the role
This is an onsite Senior AI/ML Software Engineer role in Bengaluru for someone with at least 6 years of software-engineering experience. You will build production agentic-AI applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations that automate workflows across engineering, operations, and manufacturing. The role spans solution design, deployment, evaluation, and production support.
What you’ll do
- Design and deploy agentic-AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
- Build reusable AI services connected to PLM, SAP, and other enterprise systems.
- Translate business requirements into AI-enabled workflows.
- Develop secure APIs and integrations for automation.
- Improve solution quality through prompt engineering, evaluation, and ongoing optimisation.
- Support systems through the full software-development lifecycle and production operations.

- At least six years of software-engineering experience.
- Strong Python and backend-development skills.
- Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, RAG, AI agents, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Search, vector databases, or enterprise AI platforms.
- Knowledge of engineering, PLM, manufacturing, or supply-chain processes.
- Experience building enterprise copilots or intelligent assistants.
