About the role
This is a senior technical architecture role for CRM Analytics initiatives, fully remote for candidates based in Canada. You'll lead enterprise analytics solutions end to end, from requirements through implementation and governance, combining Salesforce CRM Analytics and Power BI expertise. The role suits someone experienced in bridging business stakeholders with technical delivery teams on data architecture.
What you’ll do
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI and Salesforce
- Architect enterprise analytics solutions including datasets, dashboards, data models and reporting frameworks
- Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics and BI initiatives covering architecture, implementation and governance
- Set development standards and conduct solution reviews as the technical authority on the CRM Analytics platform
- Mentor developers and analysts on CRM Analytics, Power BI and data modeling
- Connect data across Salesforce, Oracle, ERP and CRM platforms into reliable BI solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation in data architecture
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise BI and analytics solutions
- Strong experience partnering with business stakeholders on analytics-driven problem solving
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics including data modeling, dashboards and solution architecture
- Strong Power BI and dimensional data modeling skills
- Proven track record leading complex analytics initiatives and mentoring others
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Python and Pandas for data analysis or automation
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory or other cloud data platforms
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub for collaborative development
