About the role
This is a senior full-stack engineering role building GenAI and agentic AI applications for MSD at its Hyderabad Tech Center. It suits an engineer with 7-11 years of full-stack experience who wants to combine cloud-native development with LLM and RAG work. What you’ll do
- Design, develop, deploy and support solutions across UI, API, data, cloud and AI layers
- Build full-stack applications with global cross-functional teams
- Create responsive interfaces, secure APIs, microservices and cloud-native services
- Build GenAI applications, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows integrated with enterprise systems
- Design testing strategies and monitor and improve production AI systems
- Apply secure engineering practices and contribute to Agile delivery, architecture and mentoring

- 7-11 years of hands-on full-stack development experience
- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications in production
- Strong Python plus at least one of TypeScript/Node.js, Java or .NET
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, semantic search and agentic workflows
- Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or CrewAI
- Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate or FAISS
- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, containers, serverless architectures, DevSecOps, CI/CD and infrastructure as code
- Experience with LLMOps, AI monitoring, model evaluation, prompt management and versioning
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

- AWS or GCP certifications and cloud-native pattern experience
- Distributed data processing and secure data integrations
- UX and design thinking, accessibility and performance experience
- Experience with globally distributed teams
- Regulated-industry experience
