About the role
This is a Lead AI Engineer role for building and operating enterprise AI platforms in Pune, Maharashtra, with a hybrid work arrangement. You'll work across cloud infrastructure, MLOps, deployment, observability, governance, and reliability for machine learning and generative AI workloads. The role suits a senior platform engineer who can support production systems and enable other engineering teams.
What you’ll do
- Build and operate enterprise AI platforms.
- Create secure, reliable services across public and private clouds.
- Automate onboarding, deployment, operations, and AI lifecycle management.
- Support model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Develop observability for telemetry, logging, alerting, drift, and operational analytics.
- Troubleshoot production systems and lead root-cause analysis.
- Partner with engineering, security, infrastructure, architecture, and governance teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI platform technologies and contribute to architecture strategy.
- Improve CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, testing, and operational practices.
- Mentor peers and share platform-engineering knowledge.
