What you’ll do
- Design generative AI applications for AML transaction monitoring.
- Build RAG, MCP, tool-calling, and LangChain or LangGraph workflows.
- Develop and optimize fine-tuning and machine-learning pipelines.
- Create text, image, and multimodal generation systems.
- Apply computer vision to image analysis and visual search.
- Build evaluation systems for hallucinations, bias, factuality, and quality.
- Monitor latency, cost, model performance, and production reliability.
- Deploy secure AI systems on cloud and data platforms.
What they’re looking for
- Two to three years of hands-on LLM implementation experience.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI systems, transformers, or diffusion models.
- Knowledge of RAG, MCP integrations, tool calling, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with GenAI evaluation, MLOps, APIs, cloud platforms, and Databricks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
