This is a full-time remote US team-management role in Labcorp Central Laboratory Services. It suits a people manager with pharmaceutical or biotechnology project experience who can lead project-management delivery for global clinical-trial clients. You will manage team performance, client service, study milestones, risks, budgets, and escalations. What you’ll do
- Manage daily work allocation, performance measures, evaluations, and accountability for assigned team members.
- Develop team members through succession and individual development planning.
- Oversee study milestones, budgets, risks, client communication, and project documentation.
- Track and resolve client escalations, service issues, and recurring delivery failures.
- Apply SOPs and lead continuous-improvement work across quality and productivity.
- Work with business-development leaders and cross-functional teams to remove delivery barriers.
- Coordinate a regional team and global clients to support client satisfaction.

- At least three years of direct people-management experience.
- At least two years overseeing pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects.
- Strong communication, customer service, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- A bachelor's degree in a life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory discipline.
- At least one year of Central Laboratory Services experience.
