About the role

This is a full-time remote US clinical-research project-management role with Labcorp Central Laboratory Services. It is for an experienced study manager who can lead complex global clinical studies, serve clients directly, and coordinate delivery across Labcorp teams and CRO partners. You will own client communication, study delivery, milestones, budget, risk, and performance reporting. Labcorp's Central Laboratory Services network supports global clinical-trial testing.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the central client contact and coordinate communication among clients, CROs, and Labcorp teams.
  • Manage complex global-study portfolios, including budgets, risks, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Review statements of work to ensure client-specific requirements are implemented correctly.
  • Coordinate study delivery with study design and regional coordination teams.
  • Document and act on customer expectations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Track and report performance measures while supporting quality and operational improvement.
  • Build internal and external relationships that support on-time, in-budget delivery.

  • At least five years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO settings.
  • At least five years managing complex global clinical projects.
  • At least five years of client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
  • Ability to lead without direct authority and remove cross-functional blockers.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials, clinical development processes, and project-management methods.
  • Strong ownership, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • A bachelor's degree in life sciences.
  • Project-management training or certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
