What you’ll do
- Lead strategic design, development and maintenance of scalable, secure software platforms.
- Provide technical leadership for AI agent integrations, LLM workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using AWS, Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Guide senior engineers through code reviews, architecture decisions and troubleshooting.
- Develop software across UI, backend services, APIs and integrations.
- Lead large-scale technical initiatives, defining scope and coordinating delivery.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product, security and operations on priorities.
- Ensure solutions meet healthcare industry and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical direction across teams influencing platform strategy.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and own sprint delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to hiring, mentoring and team development.
- Support legacy mainframe and mid-tier systems where applicable.
What they’re looking for
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years of technical leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Expert-level cloud and DevOps engineering, especially AWS, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience deploying agentic AI, autonomous AI agents or multi-agent systems into production.
- Strong full-stack engineering across UI, middleware, backend and APIs.
- Advanced understanding of software architecture, scalability and security.
- Experience with public cloud platforms, AWS strongly preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC governance.
- Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and manage milestones.
- Strong communication, mentoring and stakeholder-management skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

- Familiarity with healthcare technology standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with legacy mainframe or mid-tier technologies such as COBOL, ALC or DB2.
